The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting a Base Year and two (2) Option Years for groundskeeping services at the designated areas within the Cheat Ranger District of the Monongahela National Forest. Sites consist of campground areas, recreation sites and administrative site located in Tucker and Randolph County, West Virginia. Project work areas total approximately 40 acres and the work consists of cutting and trimming of grass, weeds, vines, or other vegetation with reel or rotary lawn mowers, gang mowers, brush hogs, or other equipment. This procurement is a 100 percent Small Business-Labor Surplus Area Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit documentation for consideration. (059)
