The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the specification. Custodial service applies to all designated space including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways. This is a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity contract for a base period of 1 to 12 months with Government options to extend up to 60 months. Bid, Performance and Payment bonds are required. Bid opening date is approximate.
