The revolving crane shall be a standard 25 ton minimum capacity, 50 foot fixed boom length, 150 maximum horsepower electro-hydraulic or electro-mechanical, API 2C design for a minimum of 5 calendar years, 7 foot maximum swing radius, and provide approximately 11.5 tons at 46.5 foot reach and 135 foot lift. Fabrication, assembly and testing of the revolving crane shall be completed 30 September 1995, and it shall be stored until approximately 30 March 1997. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. SIC Code - 3531; the Small Business Size Standard for this procurement is the number of employees of the concern and its affiliates must not exceed 750 employees.
