Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Supply Center Curtis Bay, Baltimore, MD 21226-1792. A requirements type contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years is anticipated. It has been determined in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 that only Bird Johnson Company can supply the various parts. Negotiations will be conducted solely with Bird Johnson Company, the original equipment manufacturer (O.E.M.). All responsible sources have been given the opportunity to submit information describing their capabilities in supplying the above items in issue number PSA-1270 dated 1/26/95.
