Barnes, (703)-806-4487 Upgrade and preventative maintenance (PM) services for a Picker International Computerized Tomography System, Model 1200SX, located in the Department of Radiology, DeWitt Army Community Hospital, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The Contractor shall provide full PM services to include unlimited corrective services, replacement of parts, components and assemblies, tri-weekly system PM services, use advanced diagnostic software (SS04), semi-annual calibration, remote system and software support (via modem), hardware & software modification upgrades and 24 hour user applications assistance. All services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Upgrades to the system include a larger x-ray tube and a digital upgrade for table movement. Period of performance shall be for a Base Year with two (2) Option Years. This solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated date of availability for the solicitation package is March 17, 1995.
