This work involves the installation of new partitions and various height suspended acoustical ceiling, removal and relocation of various equipment, installation of newly purchased equipment (equipment to be purchased by Government), installation of a new split system air conditioner, removal of sink fixtures and installation of new sinks with hot, cold, and sanitary lines. Lighting, power and signal will be installed as required by the new layout of the pharmacy. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A March 15, 1995. Documents to be available at $37.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Checks and money orders to be made payable to the U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, and mailed to Finance and Accounting Officer, U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, Fort Shafter, HI 96858-5440, or handcarried to Room 115, Bldg 200, Fort Shafter, HI.
