Endsley Furnish all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to Replace Drip Pans for Fan Coil Units at Buildings #958, 964, and 966 in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings for Project No. EEPZ 95-1040. Period of performance is 120 calendar days. The Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed acquisition is being cnsidered for 100% set-aside for small, disadvantaged business. Interested small, disadvantaged business should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but no later than 09 Mar 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interst is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
