Title: ''SEER Books Three through Five'', three books all with 4 page covers, book 3 is 232 pages, book 4 is 556 pages, and book 5 is 296 pages. Level 2 printing and finishing attributes. Reference GPO publication 310.4 for attribute requirements. Quantity, 5,000 copies of each book and final films used in printing. Trim Size, 8-1/2'' X 11'', perfect binding along the 11'' dimension. Proofs, one set of laminated matchprint or equal color proofs and 2 sets of composed dylux proofs (One shall be retained by NCI). These proofs must be composite with all elements in the proper position. Preproduction prototypes may be substituted for dylux proofs at the contractor's option. Paper, covers-100 lb. white recycled dull finish cover. Text-60 lb. white smooth finish opaque offset. All the text leaves within each book must be matching. Inks, Black ink and PMS 3288 (Green) inks. Solid inks required, no builds allowed. Inks shall contain minimum percentage of vegetable oil in compliance with federal procurement mandates as follows: Heat-set lithography/10%, sheet-fed lithography/20%, forms/20%. Coating: overall dull varnish outside covers and spine only. Margins, bleeds follow trim marks on furnished camera copy.
