B -- ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL ANALYSES AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR NAVY SATELLITE/SUBMARINE COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS SOL N00039-95-R-0063(Q) POC Larry Mclaury, 02-33, 703-602-0635. Synopsis No. 26. This is a correction to synopsis no. 59 appearing on 11 August 1994. The solicitation number, originally 94-R-0141(Q), has been changed to 95-R-0063(Q). This RFP will be transmitted through the SPAWAR Bulletin Board System (BBS). The RFP will only be available by calling the SPAWAR BBS, (703)602-9494, and downloading the RFP. The Bulletin Board operates at 14,400 BAUD with a setting of 8:N:1. The RFP will be in WordPerfect 6.0 or MS Word 2.0 format. The file will be compressed by a shareware program, PKZIP 2.04G. The RFP file name is 95R063.ZIP. To download this RFP, the prospective offeror will need at a minimum, PC or MAC with modem emulation software that supports VT100 or ANSI standing, a modem that operates between 300 bps - 14.4K bps and a minimum of 1.5 MEG free disk space. The RFP will be available O/A 1 March 1995. Prospective offerors are required to supply the name and address of their company, the Point of Contact's name and phone number on the on-line questionnaire in order to be placed on the RFP's Bidders List. All others are also requested to optionally provide answers to a questionnaire on electronic contracting. Telephone inquiries for the RFP will not be honored. Offerors who would like a copy of the RFP must access the bulletin board. The bulletin board will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
