Pacific Contracting Center, at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, has a requirement for (1) Full-Time Dosimetrist and (3) Full-Time Radiation Therapy Technologists to perform services in the Dept of Radiolog, Tripler. The Dosimetrist shall be registered by the American Regitry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and be eligible for certification by the AAMD. Dosimetrist shall have a certified therapeutic radiologic physicist. Technologists shall have a minimum of (2) yrs experience under the supervision of a board certified radiation therapy physician and shall be registered by the ARRT.The Dosimetrist shall provide all necessary dosimetry support for treatment with the radiation oncologist, obtaining patient's contours, determine the volumes to be treated, marking of the patient and other routine services are required. The Technologists shall administer complex and exacting radiation treatment of patients using computer controlled linear accelerator. A Requirement Type Contract with an (4) year option period to extend the term of the contract is anticipated. RFP DAD16-95-R-0016 is hereby issued O/A 07 Mar 95 and to close O/A 07 Apr 95.
