Services include labor and equipment, except for government furnished equipment and material. A pre-proposal conference may be held after issuance of solicitation; date, time and location will be provided therein. Anticipate period of performance: 15 May through 15 September 1995 with options for three additional one year options. A Firm Fixed Priced Contract is anticipated. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Written or facsimile requests will be accepted.
