Quantity is three each, FOB destination, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The required item is the only approved equipment to measure quality of fit for the M40 protective mask. Negotiations are being conducted solely with Bevis Associates, Inc. which is the only known contractor currently producing the required system. Supplies are available from only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). See Note 22.(0054)
