The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for Digital Voice Recorders to be installed aboard Navy ships. The successful contractor will provide commercial off-the-shelf equipment for digital voice recorders (DVR) that are fully integrated into a 19 inch rack configuration with all ancilliary equipment and ready for immediate installation aboard ships. The DVR systems shall contain a Digital Voice Logger based on an IBM compatible computer, a supervisory control system, a standard EIA cabinet, a power distribution panel, an uninterruptible power supply, required software to operate the DVR, and intra-cabinet cabling. Operator and maintenance training for the initial system is also required. The firm fixed price indefinite delivery type contract will be potentially five years with minimum quantities guaranteed at 32 units and maximum quantities estimated at 105 units for this five year period. Items are to be delivered to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Maryland. Delivery is required ninety (90) days after issuance of each delivery order.
