Z -- PROVIDE UPGRADE, REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF UNDERGROUND AND ABOVE GRADE FUEL STORAGE TANKS SOL 95-66 DUE 041895 POC Contact Leonard W. Sandberg at (404)842-6553 Provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment required to upgrade, remove and replace underground and above grade fuel storage tanks. Work required includes, but is not limited to, the following: Upgrade one existing underground fuel storage tank (UST), remove three existing USTs, remove one small (500 gallon) and one large (210,000 gallon) above grade storage tank (AST), provide and install four new double wall USTs and provide and install one new small (500 gallon) AST, provide and install new double wall, underground fuel oil piping, tank monitoring equipment, inventory control equipment and associated site work, provide soil testing, remove and dispose of contaminated soil and provide proper reporting of soil testing and disposal. Two UST sites are included in the project, all within the property of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). One site is at CDC facilities, 1600 Clifton Road, Buildings 6, 10, and 15, Atlanta, Georgia. The other site is at CDC facilities, 4700 Buford Highway, Buildings 20 and 101, Atlanta, Georgia. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business concerns. Cost range for this requirement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror. Solicitation Package 95-66 will be available on or about March 16, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $35.00 per package. Only written requests with payment will be honored.
