This listing is entitled the ``Advanced Planning Acquisition Information (APAI)'' and serves as a market survey technique to increase competitive acquisition opportunities for MICOM acquisitions. Also, Procurement History Data is now available. This information can be accessed through the Acquisition Center's Electronic Bulletin Board System (BBS). The BBS is a menu-driven system which requires a minimum of explanation to use.
