As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. All items shall be purchases from one offeror for compatibility reasons. Pricing data shall be included for each individual item. Firms believing that they can provide the above equipment and software at a lower cost under the same terms and conditions of DEC authorized GSA schedule shall submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Officer no later than 45 days after the date of publication of this notice. Responses must clearly show the firm's ability to provide the required equipment and hardware, and contain complete pricing information and sufficient technical documentation to verify compliance with the stated requirements as well as terms and conditions and a copy of the current GSA schedule contract, if applicable. Requests shall be made in writing and shall include firm's Contractor Establishment Code (CEC), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
