Ficken (410) 278-4577 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement for infrared imaging radiometer systems, Agema Thermovision Models #900 and #970 and related equipment, manufactured only by Agema Infrared Systems, Inc., 550 County Ave., Secaucus, NJ 07094. Quantity is one each, FOB destination, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This is a ''state of the art'' type item which must be compatible with existing Government systems. Negotiations are being conducted solely with Agema Systems, Inc. which is the only known contractor currently producing the required system. Supplies are available from only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). See Note 22.(0053)
