It is the intent of the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service to acquire the continuation of substance abuse halfway house services located in Duluth, Minnesota. The Bemidji Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Minnesota Indian Primary Residential Treatment Center in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(5) and FAR 6.302-5, and Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation 380.5 for eligible Indian clients. This RFP is a Buy-Indian set-aside under the authority of the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47) and will be issued approximately on April 6, 1995.
