This requirement is being solicited on a Brand Name or Equal Basis. The salient characteristics will be as listed in the RFP. The quantity is required to be delivered within 60 calendar days of award to USCG Headquarters Washington, DC. The USCG anticipates issuing an Request for Proposal on 20 March 1995.
