The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Schuylkill, is seeking a contractor to install approximately one-half (1/2) mile of 6'' water main with one (1) 6'' shut off valve and five (5) 6'' post indicator valves. The proposed project is to include, but not be limited to: providing and installing approximately one-half mile of water main; provide and install all post indicator valves, and valve boxes, all excavations and landscaping as indicated in the specifications and drawings, all shut down, removal, demolition, site work, permits and operations manuals and testing.
