Description: Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportationan supervision as necessary to remove existing 13.2kv feeders, asbestos firewrap, and 200A load-break and non-load break connections systems and provide 15kv conductors, firewrap, 600A non-load break connections systems, 15kv sectionalizing switches, 15kv splices and neutral grounding resistors at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. The estimated range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The term of contract will be 270 calendar days. This solicitation is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
