The work includes furnishing all materials, labor and equipment, and all incidental related work for the: (1) Installation of new wind driven aerators, cables, winches, and 3/4 HP back-up motor device (mainside only) at the mainside and installation of wind driven aerators at Camp Wilson sewage treatment plant. (2) The construction of new concrete sludge drying beds, new filtrate (subnatant) pump station and 6-inch force main at mainside sewage treatment plant. (3) The construction of 18-inch and 24-inch primary effluent pipeline at Pond No. 1 and metering structure, to include dewatering, excavation, backfill and compaction at mainside sewage treatment plant. (4) The construction of traveling bridge filters, filter influent pump station, lamella separators, polymer feed system and building, at mainside sewage treatment plant. (5) The repair of slopes, construct concrete slope surfaces at existing faculatative/oxidation ponds and construction of new septic waste unloading station at Camp Wilson sewage treatment plant, to include dewatering, removal of sludge to temporary sludge drying/holding pond, and backfill/restoration of the temporary sludge holding pond. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. - NOTE: Large Business concerns are required to submit a subcontracting plan. Firm fixed price contract. Performance time 360 calendar days. Estimated Cost Range between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
