U -- MANAGEMENT OF A COMPUTER ASSISTED TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROGRAM-POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT Requirement is for an entity to manage a research and development program to develop and implement highly technical information and manufacturing systems within the State of Oklahoma and surrounding states. The program goal is to quantitatively improve the flexibility and competitiveness of small and medium sized manufacturersthroughelectronic commerce (EC), enhanced manufacturing techniques and education. The entity must have sufficient knowledge of current EC and electronic data interchange (EDI) initiatives to develop, integrate and implement enabling technologies. The ability to educate, motivate and train lay personnel in the use and operation of such technologies is required. The entity must possess the capability to tailor requirements to the unique needs of small and medium sized manufacturers.
