Training will include instruction in Enhanced Reading Skills, Mathematical Skills and English Expression and Writing Skills. Hours and location of instruction must be compatible with cadet's course load. Contract will be for a base period with (4) one-year option periods. Program headquarters is ROTC Cadet Command, Fort Monroe, Va. All responsible sources will be considered. Solicitation for the above service will be issued on or about 25 MAY 95.
