The Internal Revenue Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with RBP Associates to acquire six (6) multiuser copies of the Equal Employment Opportunity Monitoring and Analysis (EEOMAS) software with training for fourteen (14) IRS EEO Officers. This software, utilizing IRS workforce demographic data, will provide/meet the requirements of the EEOC's Management Directives, including numerical objectives, trend analysis, vacancy projections, workforce profiles, complaint tracking at every level and any other EEOC reporting requirements. RBP will also modify the existing software program to monitor the movement and training of IRS personnel through the service's reorganization and redesign process. The software will have builtin security levels for access to sensitive demographic information. Firms which can meet the above stated requirements may submit a capability statement which will be considered. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
