The MI Air National Guard intends to procure this test set from Huntron. No engineering/production drawinga or specifications are available. Vendors able to meet the requirements are invited to identify their interest and ability to meet this requirement by submitting a response to include technical capability, pricing data and other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement within 15 calendar days of this notice. Sufficient information must be submitted in order for the Contracting Officer to perform an analysis to determine most advantageous alternatives to meet this requirement. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may deterine that solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to the synopsis or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. If no affirmative responses are received, a contract will be placed with the above-named vendor. Telephone requests will not be honored.
