General services administration wishes to announce that on or about macrch 15, 1995, solicitionfcgr-95-0003 for COST-per-copy (CPC) copier requirements for the General Services adminstration (GSA) in Seattle, Washington will be issued. This procurement will require providing copiers, aaccessories, providing and delivery of consumable supplies (except paper), emergency repair service, periodic preventive maintenance and key operator training. Copier requirements have been broken down into five volume bands defined as follows.Volume band I, 15 copies per minute minimum, and 750-5,000 copies per month; volume band II, 20 copies per minute and 5,001-15,00 copies per month; volume band III, 30 copies per minute minimum, and 15,00130,000 per month, volume band IV, 45 copies per minute minimum, and 30,001-50,000 copies per month; volume band V, 55 copies per minute, 50,001-80,000 copies per month. GSA has Given an initial machine estimate of 178 units. Copiers being offered shall be manufacturer'S most current production models, eithernew or newly manufactured. This procurement eill be A negotiated single award firm fixed price contract.
