Installation includes foam storage tanks and proportioning equipment, deluge fire valves, oscillating monitors and hand hose stations, and a new detection and alarm system. A prefabricated shed shall be provided to house the foam storage tanks and proportioning equipment. Bid packages containing specifications and drawings are available at the nonrefundable cost of $50.00. Requests for bid packages are to be mailed to NASA Dryden Flight Research Center, Attn: D-1009/XAC/Collection Agent, P.O. Box 273, Edwards, CA 93523-0273. Payment must accompany the request and be made only in the form of a certified check or money order. Money orders or certified checks should be made payable to ''NASA DFRC''. Personal and company checks are not acceptable. All bid packages will be sent to requestors via first class mail. No requests for special handling (Federal Express, Overnight Express, etc.) will be honored. Telephone requests will not be honored. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
