Tasks will include hazardous waste characterization and disposal; landfill closure; soil and water remediation; testing and removal of underground storage tanks. Also, site characterizations, development of plans, laboratory analysis, data interpretation, and sampling. A three year indefinite delivery, idefinite quantity construction contract is contemplated. We anticipate a cost plus fixed fee type contract. The estimated level of effort is 40,000 hours. Principal labor categories will include: project manager, hazardous materials technician, industrial hygenist, equipment operator, engineer, field laboratory technician.
