propellant service to be performed at Vandenberg AFB, CA. This
functions involves the managing and handling of unconventional
propellants, pneumatic and cryogenic commodities, and the Protective
Equipment Maintenance Operation (PEMO). In performing these activities,
the contractor shall provide the services, supplies, equipment, and
unconventional propellant products to authorized government agencies,
government contractors, and approved commercial companies. The
contractor shall determine requirements, requisitions, receive, store,
distribute, issue, account, maintain inventory controls, research and
maintain records, provide customer service, conduct training and make
shipments. The contractor shall also be responsible for performing
hydrostatic testing of pressure vessels, and perform extensive
engineering support and maintenance on propellant storage and
dispensing systems, transporters, high pressure recharge units, high
pressure gas trailers and high pressure gas systems and vessels. This
is a 100% small business setaside, SIC Code: 8711. Size Standard:
$13.5M annual gross receipts. Period of Performance will be a 30 day
phase-in, base year, and 4 options commencing 1 Sep 95. Firms
