Project includes but is not limited to providing all plant, labor, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with plans and specifications of the contract. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to the following: Removing and properly disposing of water from the hydrant fuel system pits (11 ea), fuel isolation valve pits (2 ea), diesel fuel valve pits (4 ea); cleaning all surfaces of the pits, including piping and valves, with high pressure steam; cleaning the 2000 gallon underground tank in the same manner. All sludge, scale, waste product and rinsate generated shall be containerized and tested. The contractor shall have an independent laboratory perform a standard hazardous waste test consisting of ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity and TCLP less herbicides and pesticides. This is a 100% Set-aside for small business concerns. To qualify as a small business concern under this solicitation, the size standard is a concern and its affiliates having average annual receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of $3.5 million.
