This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Sunsoft, Inc. for the purchase and technical support of Sunsoft - Solaris 2.4 (UNIX) Operating System Source Code. The Solaris 2.4 Operating System source code is `C' Language code used to produce the Solaris Operating System version 2.4 which has been purchased for the courts. The technical support will include software upgrades and technical assistance. All responsible sources will be fully considrered. As a result of analyzing reponses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. Any such solicitation will be issued to Sunsoft, Inc. and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
