(402)221-4266. The work will include the following: (Approx.
quantities) 1. Remove existing 10,000 BBL above ground storage tank.
Cap attached fuel lines. Construct containment curb and oil/water
separator in unloading area. 2. Install new bottom in existing 35,000
BBL storage tank. New bottom shall be installed above existing bottom
with 12'' of sand between the floors. Install new HDPE 30 mil liner
inside basin containment area. Construct containment curb and oil/water
separtor in fillstand area. The estimated construction cost of this
project is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. Contractor's Quality
Control will be a requirement in this contract. The Contractor will be
required to commence work within 10 days after notice to proceed and
complete the work 360 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Provisions will be included for liquidated damages in case of failure
to complete the work in the time allowed. Performance and payment bonds
will be required. Bid sets will be available on/a March 14, 1995.
Half-size plans and specifications will be furnished upon request and
receipt of payment of $32.00 per set (non-refundable) with check made
payable to ''Omaha District, Corps of Engineers.'' Please list street

All responders are advised that this requirement may be cancelled or
revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, selection
evaluation, negotiation and/or final award structure and disposition US
