HUD intends to award an indefinite quantity contract for preliminary judicial title report services, recording foreclosure and satisfaction documents, and obtaining various documents for mortgaged properties being referred for foreclosure in the Northern third of the State of Ohio from the Indiana border to the Pennsylvania border. The term of the contract is for a base year of period of 12 months with two single year option periods to be exercised by the Government. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 6541. The size standard is $5,000,000. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside.
