The Naval Aviation Depot, Cherry Point, North Carolina, has a requirement for Engineering and Logistics Support Services for the organic execution of technical tasks assigned in avionics and related support systems. These services will primarily be in support of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and the organic development and modification of the Test Program Sets (TPS) which provide operational verification and maintenance of fleet avionics and other support systems. Tasks will be performed in environments ranging from shipboard to design laboratory. Contract specifications shall be inclusive of compliance with CALS specifications. Tasks will include digital to RF design, development of LSA date and reports, generation of publications, Asset Management, Project Management, In-Service Engineering and Logistics Support Services, Producing Prototype and Production Systems for design engineering, as well as other technical services. The resulting contract will be for a base period plus four one-year options. EST number of manhours is 1.06M over the five year period if all options are exercised. Travel and material may be required in the performance of this contract. Support sites other than NADEP Cherry Point may also be required. All sources are solicited on an unrestricted basis. The successful contractor will be required to qualify for a security clearance. The type of contract to be awarded is a fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, with completion and term type delivery orders. All requests for the solicitation are to be in writing.
