Nonpersonal services to provide Combat Air Forces with aircrew instruction and courseware development/revision for the F-117 and AT/T-38 aircraft. The instructon will consist of academic and ground device training for F-117 and AT/T-38 pilots. This effort will involve F-117 and AT/T-38 qualfication training and continuation training. Holloman AFB NM is the place of performance for both the aircrew instruction and courseware development. The successful offeror will assume full training and courseware development commitments for the basic contract year on 01 October 1995.
