The U.S. Army Engineer Division, Huntsville has a requirement for management services to monitor the chiller replacement contractor's performance and ensure that established standards for timeliness, quality, and cost are met. The work shall include the oversight of the chiller contractor quality control procedures and activities, safety program and compliance with labor laws. Contractor shall have qualifications and experience in enforcing compliance of contract requirements, interpreting plans and specifications, monitoring and acting on deficiencies of contractor quality control activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring materials and equipment installed meet contract requirements, monitoring and maintaining safety standards and performing quality assurance inspections. The services will be for a period of approximately 180 days after issuance of notice to proceed. A fixed price contract shall be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be awarded on or before 24 Apr 95.
