Sweetra, (215)897-5654 The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through other than full and open competition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, FIP Engineering and Maintenance Services for Four (4) Harris Naval Satellite Display Systems - Geostationary, on a Sole Source Basis from Harris Corp., Omaha, NE. Period of performance 01 October 95 through 30 September 96 with three (3) one-year option periods. Systems are located at the Naval Regional Meteorology and Oceanography Centers in Norfolk, VA, Rota, Spain, Pearl Harbor, HI and Guam. It is anticipated that Maintenance will be procured on a firm fixed price basis; Engineering on a Time and Materials basis.
