A -- NUCLEAR TEST PERSONNEL REVIEW (NTPR) DOSE RECONSTRUCTION POC Jennifer Seaton, Negotiator, (703) 325-9368, Edward L. Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028. This sole source modification to DNA Contract Number DNA001-92-C-0117 with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) entitled, ''Nuclear Test Personnel Review (NTPR) Dose Reconstruction,'' increases the level of effort in order to complete the additional workload required to reconstruct radiation dose for U.S. atmospheric test participants. A contract which will merge this present dose reconstruction contract, DNA001-92-C-0117, with the current NTPR contract, DNA001-91-C-0022, is expected to have a work start date of 1 October 1995. The current NTPR contract, DNA001-91-C-0022, expires 30 September 1995 while this dose reconstruction contract, DNA001-92-C-0117, expires 30 June 1995. This modification is a ''bridging'' contract extension until the new merging NTPR contract is in place on 1 October 1995. The new contract will be a competitive, unrestricted procurement and was synopsized in the CBD on 24 January 1995 under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number DNA001-95-R-0013.
