This project is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC), for this project is 1799, Special Trade Contractors, N.E.C. The size standard is $7 Million. The work includes providing miscellaneous repairs, alterations and maintenance work at predetermined labor prices and material discount rates. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements of delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer. The projected date of availability of solicitations is March 02, 1995. The projected bid opening date is April 4, 1995. Requests for plans and specifications may be mailed to the above address, Attn: Code 90 or requests may be sent via facsimile using fax # (703) 640-5929. Contractors within the local area are encouraged to pick up a copy of the plans and specs at the office of Facility Support Contracts, Building 2034, Southeast corner, Quantico, Virginia. The hours of operation are 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. There will be no charge for these documents, however, there will be only one set issued per contractor. Requests for plans and specifications and the bidders'list should be made separately to avoid confusion. This also applies to requests for numerous solicitations.
