Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for 358,000
feet of Cable, Coaxial, Radio Frequency, Direct Earth Burial, NSN
6145-01-069-05841, manufactured in accordance with the following
requirements: Shielded Coaxial Cable, Radio Frequency, DEB.
Characteristic Impedance: 50+/-1 ohms. Phase stability over Environment
III, per table III of FAA Specification FAA-E-2100F: 15 parts per
million/deg C. Maximum loss per 100 meters @ 110 Mhz: 2.8 Db. Outer
diameter: 2.5 centimeters or less. Minimum Bend Radius: 20.0
centimeters or less. Usage: Cable is intended for use between equipment
shelter and antenna array for both Wilcox Electric Mark 1F and Mark 20.
Cable must be capable of DEB and pass thorugh 90 degree sweep ells at
both the shelter and antenna array. Cable shall be supplied on
nonreturnable reels in continuous lengths of 2000 feet per reel
containing no splices. Required delivery will be approximately 120 days
from date of contract award. FOB is destination. A Coaxial Cable Data
Sheet and FAA Specification FAA-E-2100F will be provided with the
solicitation. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is
3357. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered
