The work will include the following: (Approx. quantities) Furnish and install 2 - 100 psi, 480 cfm, rotary screw air compressors with associated piping to 14 existing surge tanks. Includes miscellaneous electrical work. Remove existing 1/2'' to 3'' dia. piping and hangers.The estimated construction cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contractor's Quality Control will be a requirement in this contract. The Contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after notice to proceed and complete the work 210 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Provisions will be included for liquidated damages in case of failure to complete the work in the time allowed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. Bid sets will be available on/a March 1, 1995. Half-size plans and specifications will be furnished upon request and receipt of payment of $26.00 per set (non-refundable) with check made payable to ''Omaha District, Corps of Engineers.''
