Work includes modifications to the existing boilers, combustion controls, instrumentation and all mechanical, electrical, cast-in-place concrete, painting and incidental related work such that stack emissions of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide from the boilers are controlled to levels required by BAAQMD Regulation 9, Rule 7 under typical operation. This procurement is unrestricted and is open to all business concerns. This will be a firm fixed price type contract. The contract completion date will be 240 calendar days. Estimated cost is between $100,000 AND $250,000. The request for proposals (RFP) will be available in limited quantities on or about 28 Feb 95 and will be available only until supplies are exhausted.
