This is a Sources Sought Synopsis to enter into contract with Warren, Gorham, & Lamont, Inc., 31 Saint James Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts for the subcription renewal of the HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT REPORTER for a period one year beginning May 1, 1995 through April 30, 1996 as a Departmental-wide and HUD Regions subscription under contract DU100C000018196. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, ''Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements''. The Department has been subscribing to the HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT REPORTER continously since it began publication in 1973. Because of the substantial savings achieved by placing one consolidated order for the Department, there is an ongoing need to renew this subscription annually. The use of this subscription by HUD's senior officials helps in the conduct of the work for the Department. This subscription service provides access to background, current status, new developments related to important housing and urban development, such as the latest update on the housing market, laws and decisions affecting the market. This is not a formal solicitation but a determination of potential interest and availability of qualified and responsible organizations who may be able to meet this requirement. It does not require individual acknowledgement of responders by the Government.
