NASA/MSFC PROCUREMENT INFORMATION AVAILABLE OVER THE INTERNET Under NASA's MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993, procurement information at the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) is now available to the public over the Internet. MidRange is a streamlining initiative for acquisitions between the small purchase threshold and $500,000. MidRange procurement notices and solicitations are available in electronic form for viewing and downloading. A general description of the MidRange program, it's procedures, and other specific MidRange procurement information are included, in addition to general MSFC procurement information. The documents are in ASCII format and reside on a world-wide web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using client browsers, such as, MOSAIC.
