National Library of Medicine is seeking qualified offerors to perform
programming and related services to develop practice searches,
mini-databases, and an ELHILL simulator for the DOS versions of the
computer-based tutorials TOXLEARN, MEDTUTOR, and ELHILL LEARN which are
written in QUEST. Additionally, this procurement will provide for
development of additional tutorials for selected MEDLARS databases in
both WINDOWS and DOS formats. A fixed price, indefinite delivery
(indefinite quantity) type contract with a base term of one (1) year
with options to extend the term for two (2), successive one (1) year
periods is anticipated. Request for Proposals Number 95-102/KDR will be
available on or about February 28, 1995. This procurement is a 100
percent small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a
concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or
receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of
