The machine must be provided with the following features as A minimum-automatic gauging and automaticcycle. The following stipulations are Given-the Main bearing journals will be rough machined before grinding, the Rod bearing journals will be ground without first being rough machined, and if stated tolerances areimpossible, relief may be Given: (B) equipment to micor-Polish the bearing journals as shown on same drawings. The bearing journals will be ground prior to Micro-polishing. NOTE: COST estimates are requested for budgetary purposes only. There is NO firm requirement for this item and funds are not available.
