The Federal Aviation Administration requires construction of three concrete foundations, trenching and installation of underground power and control cables, access roads and related construction work for a Microwave Landing System (MLS). Work is located at Portland International Airport, Portland, OR. The new Estimated Range $100,000 to $250,000.
