Project to include the construction and installation of diversion jacks, retard jacks, and excavation of a pilot channel. The site is located six miles west and three miles south of Walters, OK in the SE/4 of Section 12, Township 3 South, Ranger 12 West, Cotton County, Oklahoma. The estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 - $50,000. Request bid documents after February 6, 1995.
