Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing chilled and condenser water pumps and piping. Demo existing colling tower and install new one, with accessories, in a new location. Install below grade condenser lines to new cooling tower location. Add a flat plate exhanger, refrigerant monitor and ventilation for chiller space. Extend existing control system from El Paso, to interface with this new equipment. Upgrade and add walls, doors, and seal partitions in chiller room. Remove and replace equipment to create access for the contract work. Expand and modify the electrical system to provide for service required. All work to be phased and most or all work shall be performed after normal business hours and on weekends. Install a lawn sprinkler system.
